# House rent in Kharkiv region up 83% over year

According to OLX Real Estate, in October 2026 the average monthly rent for houses in Kharkiv region was 22,000 UAH. This is 83% more than in October 2025. 

The most expensive houses are in Kharkiv: 134,000 UAH (+62%). Next are Chuhuiv (36,000 UAH, +74%), Kharkiv (34,000 UAH, +36%), Bohodukhiv (31,000 UAH, +1%) and Izium (30,400 UAH, +15%) districts. 

The largest price increases over the year were in Izium district (+163%), Chuhuiv (+110%), Krasnokutsk (+105%), Vovchansk (+70%) and Kharkiv (+34%) districts. For visitors, this means renting a house in the region has become significantly more expensive.
