After December 4, businesses will not be able to operate during the "yellow" alert without shelters. This is reported by 057.ua.

According to the source, businesses are reacting emotionally to this decision, especially entrepreneurs in front-line regions.

For visitors to Kharkiv, this means that during the "yellow" alert some establishments and service facilities may temporarily not operate if they do not have shelters. It is worth checking opening hours in advance.
