The city has planned many events for Halloween, including parties and mystical excursions. Several shopping centers and venues have organized themed programs with contests, interactive zones, and entertainment.

For those who prefer walks, there are excursions available that tell stories about the city's architecture, legends, and unusual histories. Many establishments also offer themed menus and special offers for guests who come in costume.
