Stay terms
- Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00.
- Security deposit — 1500 UAH (as a rule, the price of one night). It protects the apartment and compliance with the house rules; it is returned after check-out if the apartment is undamaged and the rules were observed.
A prepayment is made when booking. If you cancel, it is refunded:
- 3 days or more before check-in — 100% of the prepayment is refunded;
- 1–3 days before check-in — 50% of the prepayment is refunded;
- less than 1 day before check-in — the prepayment is not refunded.
Rules: quiet hours 22:00–08:00, no parties, number of guests as booked, smoking according to the apartment's rules (not allowed in most apartments).
