Heating season in Kharkiv region planned no earlier than November 1

The heating season in Kharkiv region is planned to start taking into account temperature conditions and Cabinet recommendations — no earlier than November 1. This was announced at a briefing by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

According to him, preparations for winter are ongoing according to approved plans. In some communities of the region, heat supply will be launched not from main capacities but through block-modular boiler houses.

The decision on the start of the season will be made based on the situation, considering both temperature conditions and martial law. Traditionally, the heating season begins when the average daily temperature is +8 °C or lower for three consecutive days.
