Osnova, Kharkiv: apartments by the day
Osnova is a historic area in the south of Kharkiv. Osnova railway station was founded in 1908, and a railway workers' settlement soon grew up beside it; the locomotive depot was established in 1911. In the post-war period, a tram depot and the Novozhanove tram terminus were opened.
Osnova is linked to the areas of Mala Osnova, Velyka Osnova and Novoselivka; on the left bank of the Lopan River lies Araviia, an area the city has grown out to reach. Apartments here will suit those arriving by train at the railway hub or travelling to the south of the city on business.
