Pivnichna Saltivka is the northern part of the Saltivka residential massif in Kyivskyi District. To the north and east it is bounded by the Kharkiv ring road, to the south it borders microdistricts 524 and 531, and to the west, Velyka Danylivka. The microdistricts are Pivnichna-1 (Dzherela), Pivnichna-2, -3, -4 and -5.
The area was built up between 1987 and 1993 with standard panel buildings of 9, 12 and 16 storeys; there are schools, kindergartens and a polyclinic. There is no metro station in the area: trolleybuses 47 and 48 run to "Saltivska" station on the blue line, and trolleybuses 31, 35 and 42 also operate. The apartments will suit those who want to live in a quiet residential area and commute by metro from "Saltivska" station.
