Lisopark, Kharkiv: apartments by the hour
Lisopark is a large forest area in the north-western part of Kharkiv, partly outside the city limits. It borders Pavlove Pole, Sokilnyky, the Zhukovskoho settlement, Velyka Danylivka, Piatykhatky and Oleksiivka. Sarzhyn Yar and Oleksiivskyi Yar begin here; within Lisopark there is an oak tree around 400 years old, the "Slava" memorial complex (1977) and the memorial to the victims of the totalitarian regime (2000).
A tram line runs along Kharkivske Highway past part of the forest park; a trolleybus runs along Derevianka Street; there is a "Lisopark" bus station. There are no metro stations in Lisopark. Apartments nearby will suit those who want to live next to a green area and get around the city by tram and trolleybus.
